The incident in question concerns an alleged New York DUI accident that took place on Sunday, July 24 at 4:30 a.m.  A 26-year-old woman was driving the wrong way on the southbound Interstate 95 near New Rochelle.  As a result of this act, her vehicle collided head-on with another that was moving in the proper direction, and a 29-year-old resident of New Jersey was killed in the crash.  A passenger involved in the collision remained in the hospital fighting through serious injuries.
