According to the New York Daily News:
"An out-of-control Mercedes-Benz SUV mowed down half a dozen parishioners in a Brooklyn church parking lot Sunday, killing a mother of two and injuring five others.
Sun Won Cho, 40, died when a 72-year-old man accidentally lurched into worshipers filing out of the Pyeong Ahn Presbyterian Church in Gravesend after a day of prayer and fellowship.
A 10-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy were among five people who were hurt in the deadly 2:45 p.m. accident.
Police said Kyongkoo Park, of Queens, lost control of his black 2010 Mercedes after dropping off a passenger at the church.
Cops said the church's surveillance camera captured the tragedy on tape.
The video, according to cops, shows the driver pulling into the parking lot and dropping off his passenger. The Mercedes then pulls forward about 10 feet before suddenly shifting into reverse, accelerating in a reverse semicircle and plowing into the crowd standing next to the playground."
The driver was not arrested. Once again, though, those who were injured or killed deserve their day in court in pursuit of rightful justice.
