Brian J. Farrell was born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania on October 7, 1939. He graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Economics in 1961. Brian received his Law Degree from Boston College in 1966.

Brian has been engaged in the practice of Law for almost 39 years. He has worked with Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald on an "of counsel" basis for 30 years, handling various matters and for the past 12 years, concentrating in the area of post settlement and post verdict procedures. In addition Brian has worked on certain class-actions brought by Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald on behalf of large numbers of similarly effected plaintiffs.
