Mark S. Pruzan

Mark Pruzan joined Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald as Senior Trial Counsel on April 17, 2004. Prior to that he was Managing Attorney and Senior Trial Attorney at Jacoby & Meyers. He has multiple verdicts and settlements in seven figures including a verdict of $5,730,000.00 in Putnam County in January of 2005 and a verdict for $31,575,000.00 in Kings County on January 17, 2006.

After obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, Mark graduated with honors from Pace University School of Law and served as Casenote and Comment Editor of Pace Law Review. He has an AV rating (the highest) from Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted in New York, Connecticut, District Court and the United State Supreme Court.

Mark specializes in the trial of catastrophic injury cases in medical malpractice and general negligence.
