Margaret Johnson Pertet
Margaret Johnson Pertet was born on November 15, 1957 in Brooklyn, N.Y. Margaret joined Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald in 2001. She previously had been associated with Legal Services Corporation from 1982 to 1985; NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development from 1985 to 1987; NYC Law Department, Office of Corporation Counsel from 1987 to 1992; Finkelstein, Levine, Gittelsohn & Tetenbaum from 1992 to 1995; Jacoby & Meyers 1995 to 2000; and Schneider, Kleinick, Weitz, Damashek & Shoot -The Johnnie Cochran Firm from 2000 to 2001. She is presently employed with Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald as one of our trial attorneys working on personal injury as well as lead paint cases.
