According to authorities, this Queens hit-and-run accident occurred on Saturday night at approximately 10:30 p.m.  An unidentified 31-year-old man was attempting to cross the street at the intersection of 108th Street and 63rd Road in Forest Hills when he was hit and critically injured by the driver of a Nissan.  Avraham Mullokandov, 17, the driver of the Nissan, was identified and apprehended.  He faces charges of vehicular assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and a license restriction violation.  A second vehicle subsequently hit the man, but the driver of that vehicle remained at the scene and was not charged.
