John E. Fitzgerald
John E. Fitzgerald was born in Queens, N.Y. He attended Plainfield High School (N.J.) and received a BS in Economics at Villanova University. He received his law degree from Fordham Law School (evening division) in 1967.
From 1969 to 1971 he worked for the Legal Aide Society. In 1971 he founded Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald, P.C. As a trial lawyer for injured people, John has achieved numerous 7 and 8 figure jury verdicts and settlements. In addition to his active practice, John is a frequent lecturer and seminar moderator for Continuing Legal Education course work with an emphasis on medical malpractice and lead paint poisoning litigation.
