Delsia G. Marshall
Delsia G. Marshall attended both college and law school in New York State. She attended Barnard College of Columbia University and New York University School of Law. Her interest in civil litigation and advocacy was began with her first legal summer job at Legal Services, Bronx, New York. During law school she participated in the Urban Law Clinic where she represented indigent clients under the supervision of Staff Attorneys.
Delsia joined Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald in 1988. She is a supervising attorney, working on complex personal injury cases with an emphasis on lead paint poisoning litigation. She also litigates complex med/lead cases which are categorized as medical malpractice cases.. She is actively involved in bar association activities and continuing legal education. She has been recognized as an advocate by the American Trial Lawyers Association.
