According to authorities, this Brooklyn bus accident occurred this morning at approximately 7:45 a.m. when the driver of a school bus for some reason jumped a curb and crashed into a bank on West 63rd Street and Avenue U.  Nine children suffered what were described as minor to moderate injuries, and the person who was seriously injured is an adult.  The children were on a bus that takes them to I.S. 239 in Brooklyn.  Police are still attempting to decipher what led the bus to leave the road.
