Fatal traffic accidents can occur at any time and in any place, and that's a fact even though many people would assume that certain areas are safer than others. One of those areas that people may think is safe is near a hospital, for if anything does happen, medical help is minutes if not seconds away. Tragically, a man lost his life just outside of a hospital last night in a Manhattan pedestrian accident. He was on his way there to visit a patient. Police are still investigating the matter.
