Alberto Casadevall
Alberto Casadevall was born in Sancti-Spiritus, Cuba and in 1968 emigrated to Spain and then the United States. He grew up in Huber Heights, Ohio and then moved to New York City. Alberto obtained his law degree from New York Law School in 1984 and he was admitted to the New York Bar in 1985. He was previously an associate with the Law Offices of Fardella & Feldman in Baldwin, N.Y., Pulvers, Pulvers, Thompson & Kutner, P.C. in New York City, the Law Offices of Legal & Welsh in New York City and also had his own practice from 1989 to 1995. Since 1995 Alberto has been associated with Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald as one of our trial attorneys.
Alberto is an active trial lawyer and has been a ground breaker in getting the cost of private schooling as compensatory damages. He has obtained six figure awards for private schooling and smaller class size both from a federal judge and a New York County jury.
